ABOUT THE VENUE AND THE SHOW

Entry to the venue is allowed from the age of 6, with a valid ticket required regardless of age. For safety reasons, we recommend that all individuals under 18 be accompanied by an adult. 
 
All individuals entering the venue will be inspected to ensure personal safety. 
 
Visitors agree that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience. All video, photography, and audio materials acquired at the venue are subject to use in promotional materials for the promoter, without time and space limitations, at the sole discretion of MOT – Memories of Tomorrow and other companies of the Braver Media Group. 
 
The concert has a security system in place, but it is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 
The organizer may refuse or prohibit entry to any person who, in the event security’s judgment, poses a risk to the safety of visitors or could cause any problems. 
 
The organizer may decide to cancel the event due to force majeure (storm, earthquake, catastrophe, artist health issues, etc.). If the event is canceled due to force majeure, no new date will be set. In this case, no refund will be issued to the ticket holder. 
 
A refund will be issued if the event is canceled for reasons other than force majeure. 
 
Participation in the concert is at the visitor’s own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any damages suffered by a visitor as a result of their participation, unless the damage is a direct consequence of the organizer’s actions or due to gross negligence. 
 
The organizer reserves the right to change the event’s schedule and program without prior notice. 
 
It is strictly prohibited to use or distribute concert tickets for commercial purposes, marketing campaigns, lotteries, or any type of contest, without the organizer’s written consent. Legal action will be taken against anyone or any organization that ignores this prohibition. 

  • Professional cameras (with removable lenses) not accredited; 
  • Professional camcorders not accredited; 
  • Explosive and pyrotechnic materials; 
  • Helmets; 
  • Weapons or objects that could be used as weapons; 
  • Glass bottles or cups, glass containers, metal cans, aerosols. 

The organization does not provide storage or take responsibility for these items. 

No. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter.

Yes, but you must present a certified medical certificate and bring only the strictly necessary amount for the time you will be at the venue. Access is not allowed with items that can be sold, based on their nature or quantity. 
 
The main concern of the organization is your safety. Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities immediately.

Yes, all individuals wishing to enter the venue will be inspected for security reasons, and the time required for the check may vary depending on the number of people in line. 
 

Entry will be refused to anyone who: 

  • Appears visibly intoxicated; 
  • Shows signs of psychological disturbance or exhibits tendencies toward violent behavior; 
  • Demonstrates violent behavior or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other social or personal condition or circumstance; 
  • Acts aggressively or causes disturbances outside or at the entrance; 
  • Carries weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, wears clothing, objects, or symbols that incite violence or support ideologies contrary to fundamental rights recognized in the Constitution. 

 

Entry will also be refused to anyone with tickets that are patched, torn, or show signs of forgery. No refund will be given for tickets in these circumstances. 

 
After this inspection, the organization may also expel ticket holders from the venue if they do not follow the instructions of the staff or if there is a presumption that their presence could create a risk or danger to themselves or others, with the expelled person being responsible for any damage caused. 

The entry of water bottles up to 500 ml without caps, sandwiches, or fruit is allowed.

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs or assistance animals for the visually impaired, provided that proof of documentation is presented, as defined by Decree-Law 74/2007 of March 27.

There are several reserved spots for people with reduced mobility distributed across some of the sectors. These spots offer an excellent view of the stage. All individuals with reduced mobility, as well as their accompanying person (one per person), are entitled to use this area, provided that both have a valid ticket for the respective sector.

Notices are posted at the entrances of the concert venue informing all attendees that images will be captured during the event.  

By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you are consenting, for all purposes, to the capture of images and/or video during the concert and in connection with it. Images may be collected by various media within the venue. You are also expressly consenting to the dissemination and distribution of the captured images for informational, promotional, and other purposes.
